Memorial Day weekend (aka my birthday weekend)!

This weekend was fun-filled!

Originally we were supposed to go to San Diego with the rest of the family to Jac's graduation but with just having a new baby we decided it was just too much!

So instead we tried to make the best of the weekend... plus it was absolutely beautiful here so we took advantage.

The weekend started on Friday with (my birthday!!!) drinks with the ladies = SO MUCH FUN!!! Many thanks to my sister, Tina, Heather and Debbie for a great time... and thanks to all of our men for watching the kids so we could have a ladies night!

Saturday started pretty laid back, we did some cleaning and some shopping then the family came over for our birthday dinner celebration! RIBS and corn on the cob = YUM!!

Sunday we were supposed to go to church but didn't get up in time so instead we made a yummy breakfast (as a family) and hung out. After some napping and relaxing we went on a hike by one of our local lakes (and the location of Mr. T's 5 year pics ~ thanks Chariese for the location!) This was so much fun. We told the kids we were "exploring" they loved it!

Then Monday we had our friend Seth over for the morning and after trying and trying to get Peanut to take a nap we decided it was time to take the kiddos to do something so we went to the park for a picnic. So off to Fain Park we went...
