Our NEW home~

Yep I said it, our new home... we bought a house! We are overjoyed and so excited that we were able to purchase a home again! We can now call ourselves HOMEOWNERS! This whole experience was completely different than before... like we were doing it for the first time all over again!

But here's the best part... we did it ALL ON OUR OWN!! We found our home "for sale by owner" we negotiated everything with this house. We fought hard for it and we are VERY blessed to call this house a "home".

We are in the same neighborhood as before, actually 6 houses down from our rental previous to our last one! We love this neighborhood and better yet, its the same neighborhood as Mr. T's school.

So about the house... it is like our dream home, SERIOUSLY! It has literally everything we wanted! Tile floor (which I HATE cleaning btw... any suggestions on how to clean this PLEASE let me know!), 3 bedrooms and a den, garden tub, stand-up shower, shutters, beautiful back yard (which backs up to open land with an AMAZING view), big! We didn't even have to paint! We loved the color of the walls! I think the ONLY thing that would make it better is if it was 3 car garage!

The kids love the house as well... Peanut calls it her home and gets so excited about talking about her home. Mr. T is also excited about it too but not like Peanut.

We also got some pretty awesome things out of purchasing a new home... see the owner had renters in the house (which treated the house much how we treated our rentals; like their own) and they sold to us for $500 their bedroom set which Ry LOVES because he got his king size bed out of it! We also purchased from our friends new washer and dryers for a super deal!

Anyways I can go on and on about this house but I will show you just how awesome it is...

Front:

 Just inside the front door (I made the coat hangers they say R + A = L R B):
 Living room:

Hall way from the front door (just inside) to the right, the door frame on the right is Mr. T's room and the one on the left is the guest bath):
Mr. T's room... we gave him our old bed since we got the new one but really didn't want to get rid of our queen... so when people come stay he gets booted and they stay here! LOL sorry Bubba! ~ still have his name letters to put up and some other wall decor. We were going for a BIG boy feel of this room:

Hallway looking toward the girls room:
Girl's room (I made these pictures on this wall ~ and very proud of how they turned out!):

 More butterflies
 Music corner!
Closer view of my wall art; the butterflies are 3-D:

Custom bedding for Bunny... I bought 2 of the comforters (you can see it better above on Peanut's bed) and my mom made one for Bunny's crib. Of which we have not changed her into yet, she is still in our room for now!)
View back at the front door looking down the other hallway:
 Den/office/guest room:
 Kitchen/dining:

Guest bath... this has a tropical theme:

 Master bedroom:

 Master bath:

 Laundry:
Back yard (these were taken this morning when it snowed and the last is from tonight right before sunset when the snow was pretty much melted) these pictures show our amazing view and beautiful back yard!:

I took off a week in order to move and Ry took off 4 days. Seriously in that time we not only moved but cleaned the other house and completely unpacked and decorated this house... it was countless hours of blood, sweat and tears but it is completely worth it!

We LOVE our new home and look forward to many MANY more years here (because I seriously DON'T want to move again!) So if you all want to come and visit and see it for yourself PLEASE DO! Just call first please!
