At first he was going to be the Grinch but because on of his friends was going to dress as the Grinch there was no way he could be the same (his words not mine!). So mom went into panic mode the day before.. I came up with this... I think he turned out so freaking cute! And the ONLy Max I might add! Score one for mom!
