Baby Bunny's dedication & 1st birthday ~ Ladybug party

Yesterday was a very special day! We not only dedicated our sweet Bliss to the Lord above (which was very important to us) but we also got to celebrate her with our family and friends whom we call family as well! The dedication was kept to family and a few close friends. The party was kept to people who have been around Bunny and people who will influence her!

I will start with her dedication... it was super important to us to do this for our Bunny. It was also important for Matt White to perform the dedication since he not only married us but also did the dedication for Bubba and Peanut. That said, it was hard narrowing down a date and thankfully we were able to chose April 6th. THEN we found out that we also had opening ceremonies that same day! AHHHHH! Talk about a packed day! Oh well you do what you gotta do!

I could not have asked for a better dedication, we had all the right people there and an awesome prayer and a great message. Matt talked about what it is when your dad teaches you to ride a bike and how we are all associated, that its about us raising her right with the right group of people around us and how she is going to do great things in her life!

I put a LOT of effort (ok that's what people think but not really, I LOVE doing this stuff, it comes so naturally lol) into Bunny's party, I wanted it to be really special! It was!

So I started with the theme... LADYBUGS, this was also her baby shower theme (this is what I did for Peanut, so I thought I would do the same for Bunny).

I put A LOT of detail into everything, and of course everything matched!
