ONE year ago Sunday we welcomed Caster into our lives and our home! What a blessing he has been! A lot of frustration and patience but overall blessing! He is a WONDERFUL family member that we cherish.
In celebration of Caster's birthday (ok not his actual day of birth cause we don't know exactly when that was but we will classify his birthday as the day he came into our family) I feel it is only natural to post pictures of then and now! Boy there is a difference:
THEN ~ he was approx. 4 months old and around 30-40ish lbs and oh so cute, puppy face and all. He still had baby teeth, didn't listen and couldn't do any tricks, literally let Logan do anything to him!
NOW ~ he is over 1 year old and around 70ish lbs, still cute but lost the puppy face and now has that DOG charm. He no longer has any baby teeth, listens better but not all the time, can shake, stay, fetch (when he wants to), leave something (lets us put something he wants and we tell him to "leave it" and most of the time he doesn't touch it), lays down, can walk right by our side and we don't have to hold the leash. We are working on other tricks.
We love having Caster and hope to enjoy him in our family for many many more years!
