This post is a little late... I have been really busy at work (preparing for travel to San Francisco ~ this will be the 1st time I am leaving Peanut and a little worried about it (not for her, for me lol)) and then to top that off we have been sick... Bubba and I.
Bubba stayed home 3 days this week! First day was with Daddy and Peanut then the next was Mommy and Peanut and today he is home with just me (although he did get to go to work with me for about 2 hours ~NEVER doing that again!). He has your typical cold BUT if it weren't for those AMAZING tubes in his little ears he WOULD have another ear infection (hence the reason the Dr. put him on meds). Poor little man! And me... well when a kiddo gets it Mommy gets it too! I have been dealing with a constant headache and a sore throat! YUCK! And when all you want to do is rest... Mommy duty kicks in... Bubba needs you! Last night was especially hard for me because he couldn't breathe so I tried to do the nose sucker on him and ended up giving him a bloody nose (sorry little man) so then we had to deal with that. Then all he wanted me to do is sit and rock him! Then once I got little man back to sleep Peanut woke up so Mommy duty kicks in again! Ahhhhh! And all the while I just wanted to sleep so that I could feel better :(
Ok now on to the REAL post:
Last weekend our good friend Liliana had her 3rd Birthday! So of course we couldn't miss this special day so off to the McMahon's we went... for YET another Pirate party!
I am SO proud of Sunni, she isn't (or hasn't) been one for decoration (for parties, her house is decorated beautifully) but this time she did great! Simple and cute YEAH Sunni!
Anyways here are some pictures from the party (and getting ready): Logan's pirate costume sure is getting put to good use (and he still has yet to wear it for his party in April!)
