This year I again made Mr. T's Valentines for his class; I am so happy with how they turned out! I actually gave him an option this year and this is what he chose ~

Ry got me some beautiful roses (got them early, on Saturday ~ thank goodness because the prices go up a retarded amount as it gets closer and closer to V-Day). This is one of the only times per year I get flowers (I made the mistake years ago to tell him that I like flowers but they just die so don't waste the $$... MY BAD, I mean let's face it, a girl LOVES flowers every once in awhile!) ~ he ALWAYS gets the prettiest arrangements!
I was going to get my man a car wash for V-Day BUT its closed today because its supposed to snow... kind of a crappy gift but something he wants. So instead now I have no gift :( But we did just get a brand new grill (ours took a huge dump last weekend so we treated ourselves to one that was on sale this weekend). Does that count???
The kiddos got (from Mommy and Daddy) ~ Mr. T: Star Wars book (really cool Millennium Falcon book) and a Darth Maul tin with suckers; Princess Peanut: Elmo Sing Along book and a Elmo DVD. They really liked their love gifts.
Tonight we are not going out in the craziness for dinner; instead we are making spaghetti for dinner and enjoying each other's company. Plus Ry's mom is here for the week with us (due to the sickness going around in our home... now Nana has it and we don't want to keep passing back and forth, PLUS she gets special time with Princess Peanut).
I LOVE my family with all of my heart.
Today marks the 11th Valentine's I have been with my sweetheart and I still love him as much as I did for the first! (If not love him more).
