Change is good right?

Yes it is!

Today is a day of change for the Tyson family...

Today I am proud to announce that my hubby, whom I am EXTREMELY proud of is taking on a new position... IT Desktop Support Tech for Tribal Gaming. He was really nervous (for no reason at all) this am but I sent him on his way with love and a lunch (yes like a Mommy I packed his lunch in a brown sack, I shouldn't be his Mommy but HEY I AM a mommy... I cannot help it ~ but he'd better not get used to it... that boy man will have to pack it for himself!) I KNOW he will succeed in this position; he worked hard to get to where he is and he deserves this! I have worked for the Tribe for almost 3 years (and loved every.single.minute (well most of them)) and they have been so great! This is a great career move for him!

AND...

Today Nana has a new job! We have hired Nana full time to watch our Peanut. We are sad to leave Mary but happy to have Nana. This is a decision that did not come lightly; after all we do love Mary "Mimi" but this is something that will highly benefit/help my parents and BONUS Peanut spends more time with Nana! Peanut is now going to have one on one care (since it will be just her and Nana) and Nana is extremely happy to be taking care of her and is telling me all the fun (and educational) things they are going to do. I am happy that we are able to help my parents and benefit ourselves as well. Its not that Mary wasn't taking good care of Peanut (hence the hard decision) but family comes first and this is something that will be good for our family (ours and my parent's). Nana will be watching Peanut in our home (she has stairs and we all don't think that's the safest place for Peanut right now); so after she drops Danielle off (at the MIDDLE SCHOOL! HOLY CRAP when did she get so big??????) she will drive out to our house to spend the day with Peanut. AND Caster has a treat now too... he will not only have my mom there during the day but also his bestie Bella! So its like we will have another dog without having another dog!

So today was different... so different in fact that I left Bubba at home (as a treat and because Nana asked) so my drive today was quite! Tomorrow will be a little more back to normal (Bubba will go to school).

I have not talked to Ry yet to find out how things are going so thus I am SOOOO excited to hear! We will see later today!

On a side note... I find it funny that exactly 11 months ago today I was blogging about another big change for this family... Bubba going to preschool. Ry starting college, Peanut going to Mimi's and me going back to work from leave. MY HOW MUCH CAN CHANGE IN A YEAR!
