That's WAY high baby!

On our way back from Vegas the last trip Bubba had to go potty right before the Hoover Dam so we decided because it was overcast and had just rained that this would be a good time to FINALLY see the Bypass Bridge up close and personal.

I think for Ry and I this was something that meant a lot since we have been traveling this area for the last 10 years back and forth and seen every.single.step of this bridge; it was nice to see the final product completed!

The kids will never completely understand the magnitude of this bridge and everything associated to it, much like Ryan and I will never completely understand the magnitude of the original Hoover Dam bridge over the Colorado River. But I love looking at the history of these 2 now landmarks; someday I would LOVE to do the tour of the Hoover Dam (I did it as a kid but cannot remember). Someday... when the kids are older!

Anyways of course you know me, I took WAY too many pictures... here you go ~

I am not a photographer... but sometimes I surprise myself!

Cars going to NV
Holy CRAP that is high up!

Looking down from the bridge ~ I was afraid Ry was going to drop the camera!

This was as close as she could get... she wanted to see like all the rest of us
This is my Peanut lately... she ONLY wants Mommy

"Mommy, I love you this much!"

Drive us home Peanut!
