Logan's Christmas performance

Tonight was the very first performance (Christmas at that) from our little man and boy he did NOT disappoint! I am the very PROUD mother of a star singer! Literally he stole the stage (from his class that is)

DISCLAIMER: All photos from this performance SUCK! My camera could not focus that far away and I couldn't get closer... just comes down to the fact I NEED a new, nicer camera! Sorry for the crappy pictures this time! It really makes me sad :(

Logan was the line leader of Ms. Jen's class as they came into the gym (he usually is for some reason)... all dressed as SNOWMEN!!! So amazingly cute!

As he came into the gym he was looking for all of us (the people that were there to enjoy the festivities were: Mommy, Daddy, Reese (of course) but we were happily joined by Nana, Danielle, Auntie Brandi (Domi was also performing), Nin & Grandma!) You can kind of see him looking around in the picture above. But as soon as he found us he made sure to yell out all of our names.

So we waited (and enjoyed singing from the other classes in the school) until it was time for our little man to go up to sing his (not one but 2!) songs (SANTA and a Snowman song)... although we thought it was his "class" that was supposed to sing... instead it was JUST him!

I missed the part (for the video only) in the performance where he says "Hi Mom!" (at the beginning) and at the end where he said "thank you everyone" then proceeded on strutting (not just walking BUT strutting) off of the stage... NOT before he tried very hard to turn the microphone off because he was finished singing so everyone else should be too! IT WAS SO SO SO SOOOOOO CUTE! I think I fell in love all over again with him!

Ok, here you can just see the excitement on his face... still (this was after everything was finished) ~ he is SO proud to be a snowman! He KNOWS just how cute he was!

For this event all the parents were asked to bring cookies... I originally signed up to bring sugar cookies but I then decided that isn't any fun so I decided to make Christmas-y rice crispy treats. Here they are... they MUST have been good because we didn't even get to eat any :(

And what would a blog post be without a special Reese picture? Reese in all of her cuteness left the spotlight to Big Brother for tonight... not before I captured this cute picture of her and Daddy.

This was such an amazing experience and I LOVE that everyone close to us got to share in this very special moment!

And I have decided to open a donate to Amber getting a better camera (preferably a Canon Powershot SX 30 IS or Canon Rebel XTi (special at Costco or Sam's right now!)) fund... anyone interested in donating???? LOL!
