Well... today was a PT appointment! And I am happy to post that everything is looking GREAT!!! Her little head is still getting better... just a tiny (one I cannot even tell but Dr. Kelsey can because that is what she does) flat spot.
She has to work even harder now though... mainly because she fights back! Dr. Kelsey wants us to start getting her to shift her weight to her right side (because now she is favoring her left... Oh Peanut!) Which is going to be some work! Dr. Kelsey wants Peanut to continue trying harder to roll over and we have to really focus on getting her to do so (Daddy says that she has, I personally haven't seen it but I also know she can). Dr. Kelsey said she is a little young but she wants us to start putting all toys on her right side and holding her hand down on the right and "make" her use her left to reach. This will in turn force her to put weight on her right to shift the weight so she doesn't tilt as much. She also wants us to let her try to sit on her own a little more (which I started this past weekend) but again she is a little young to do this on her own (but well on her way!).
But we are still at 1 mo appointments so that is good! Overall Dr. Kelsey was VERY pleased!
In other news... all of us are SICK! Poor Bubba has a cough and runny/stuffy nose (as do I) and we are beginning to lose our voices. And poor little Peanut is just in the beginning stages of these... starting with a minor cough! So off to the other doctor this afternoon we go!
